How fast will I receive my C-lines?
CCcam orders are delivered instantly. Other plans are delivered within 5 minutes to 3 hours. Check your inbox — and your spam folder — for your login details.
How many receivers can I use?
Every premium subscription comes with 8 C-lines, so you can use the service on all receivers in the same household with 2 IP addresses.
Does it work with Oscam and iCam?
Yes. We support CCcam, Oscam and iCam, and provide an auto-install script for SKY DE, DAZN and HD+ via iCam on Enigma2 receivers (OpenATV, OpenPLi, Vu+, Dreambox…).
Where are your servers?
We run dedicated servers in Germany, Russia and France with 1–10 Gb/s connections, real local cards and 99.9% uptime.
What is IPTV, and how does it work?
IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) delivers TV over the internet instead of satellite or cable. Content streams directly to your device, so you can watch live channels, movies and series instantly.
What if I experience buffering or freezing?
Buffering usually means a slow connection or weak Wi-Fi. Restart your router, use an Ethernet cable or check your speed. We use Anti-Freeze technology and a dedicated CDN, but a stable 10–15 Mbps connection is recommended for HD.
How do I update my channel list or EPG?
Channels and the TV guide (EPG) update automatically. If something looks off, a quick restart of your app or device usually fixes it.
